Our selection and screening standards

We only accept candidates with exemplary qualifications, experience and work records, and we will only present them to you once they have passed stringent screening. All registrations are carefully checked and a minimum of three references thoroughly investigated.

Every candidate registered with JobJar undergoes stringent employment experience, education and interview process on registration. All candidates are fully briefed on the clients requirements.

We insist that all candidates provide paperwork at registration. We require;

  • Relevant registration check
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Current CRB check
  • 3 reference (no more than 6 months old and 1 must be most recent employer)
  • Degree certificates
  • Proof of identity
  • Completed and signed application form

Quality management

JobJar has, as one of its major business objectives, the economical provision to its customers of service that meet their Staffing and Recruitment requirements in full. A cost effective Quality Management System is the means adopted to ensure that company objectives and quality standards are met, and objective evidence made available to substantiate the achievements.

The purpose of this Policies Section is to describe the organisation and quality policies that are the foundations of the company’s quality management system.

Scale of fees

  • Our fee scale is very simple, a fixed percentage is charged for all permanant candidates regardless of the salary offered.
  • We also provide a refund scheme if the candidate should leave for any reason other than redundancy.
  • Lowest fees for temporary staff. We guaranteet to beat any other fee quoted from any other agency.
