How much can I earn?

You can earn alot more with JobJar than you can with any other agency because we pay our candidates exactly what they make and do not take out any tax or national insurance contributions. For example, if you work 35 hours a week at £25 an hour, then we will pay you exactly £875 (35 x £25) and not a penny less. We leave it to our candidates to sort out their tax forms at the end of the tax year because our candidates prefer it that way. Our fees are met entirely by the client, not taken out of your salary. We pride ourselves on negotiating a competitive rate of pay, reflecting your experience and any increments you may have earned. This means you’ll be paid an enhanced rate on whatever pay scale is used by the client. You will be able to discuss pay rates with your recruitment consultant. We will pay you straight into your bank account or if you prefer, we can send you a cheque. Payments can be made weekly or monthly against an authorised timesheet.
